This role will be based in São Paulo.

What the job entails: 

As a Sales Operations Intern, you will apply the knowledge and techniques learned in the classroom to real-world applications and you will gain professional experience that will help you transform and elevate your career trajectory. 

  • Participating in projects that deal with complex business problems and that combine strategy, analytics, and operations at a global or regional level 

  • Preparing documentation to implement and scale new processes and/or new systems/tools in partnership with other teams 

  • Daily collaboration with global Sales Operations team to identify manual and repetitive tasks that can be automated 

  • Flexible hours required due to the nature of global work – usually morning calls are required 

  • Open to interns who are able to work for at least 1 year with availability to work 6 hours a day, between 8am and 6pm (BRT) Monday to Friday (30 hours a week)

*Basic Qualifications: *

  • Enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or similar courses with a strong analytical focus 

  • Fluency in English

  • Excel experience is essential

*Preferred Qualifications: *

  • Graduating June 2025 or later  

  • Experience with SQL

  • Attention to detail and highly organized

  • An effective interest in training and personal development 

  • Strong know-how in using Microsoft Excel and thinking through problems in a structured manner 

  • A team player who can work independently and is adaptable to change
