Your Job:

• Process Integration engineer responsible for the technology development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements.

• DOE design, execution, and analysis of results.

• Partner process module engineers to improve device/yield performance.

• Own and drive technical process problem solving.

• Interact with internal & external customers and respond to technical queries.

• Establish new technology design rules, test structures and test methodologies.

• Innovate new methods of continuous process/device improvement.

Required Qualifications :

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in wafer fabrication industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good analytical and project management skills

• Organized and systematic in problem solving, familiar with DOE
