Your work will have a direct impact in our expanding Fab Operations, in building out our platforms of purpose-built technologies such as smart mobile devices, personal computing, home and industrial IoT, automotive and more. Program 1: Facilities Engineering

As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your technical and hands-on skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Equipment Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs, with a focus on advanced manufacturing tools. Your role will be key to upkeep and improve Facilities electrical system performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow good safety practice in Fab/office.

  • Harden the Facilities Electrical system in liaise with operation and maintenance teams.

  • Upkeep of system health status through regular maintenance.

  • Follow SOP and provide proper passdown of line issues and documentation.

What You Will Need

  • Nitec in Microelectronics; Electrical Technology; Electronics or Aerospace Avionics OR

  • Higher Nitec in Electrical or Electronics Engineering

  • Good team player, able to work independently, resourceful, willing to learn new skills with good initiatives

Program 2: Equipment Engineering

As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your technical and hands-on skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Equipment Engineering. Your work will span across our existing and new Fabs, with a focus on advanced manufacturing tools. Your role will be key to upkeep and improve equipment performance and availability to meet production and cycle time requirements.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow good safety practice in Fab/office.

  • Upkeep of equipment and system health status through regular maintenance.

  • Monitor equipment performance via Fault Detection Classification (FDC) to detect any abnormalities efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot basic equipment related issues and minimize equipment downtime

  • Follow SOP and provide proper passdown of line issues and documentation.

What You Will Need

  • Nitec (GPA>2.0) or Higher Nitec from

  • School of Electronics & Info-Comm Technology

  • School of Engineering

  • Good team player, able to work independently, resourceful, willing to learn new skills with good initiatives

Program 3: Process Engineering

As the ideal candidate, you will leverage your technical and hands-on skills and play a vital role to fuel our growth in Process Engineering. Your role will span across existing and new Fabs, improving processes and thereby wafer yields, increasing manufacturing productivity that are key to achieving Fab excellence.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain good housekeeping and follow good safety practice in Fab/office.

  • Monitor and sustaining process through Statistical Process Control to ensure quality of products are meeting specification.

  • Obtain data for lots affected by tool faults and follow the CAS (Corrective Action System) to dispose the affected lots accordingly.

  • Follow SOP and provide proper passdown of line issues and documentation.

  • Participate in module enhancement programs to improve quality and productivity.
