Being a School Enrollment and Revenue Specialist at Devereux Pennsylvania Children's Services has its Advantages

The School Enrollment and Revenue Specialist works closely with other members of the school administration team to ensure timely responses for the school referral, admissions, and the enrollment process for all of Devereux's Approved Private schools located in Downingtown, West Chester, Malvern, Landenberg and Audubon. The School Enrollment and Revenue Specialist maintains up-to-date knowledge of school referrals and the services offered by our Approved Private schools. The School Enrollment and Revenue Specialist attends meetings to ensure compliance with Devereux policies and procedures along with all federal, state, and local regulations and laws.

As a School Enrollment and Revenue Specialist every day you will...

  • Collect and analyse data related to the school referral process

  • Communicate with school leadership team members and outside stakeholders

  • Collect student specific information and records

  • Maintain and provide student data to the Regional Manager of Student Services

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), acute inpatient psychiatric hospital (AIP), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and approved private school educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.Associates Degree in related field preferred.

Must possess current, valid driver’s license.

EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years’ experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office school or related field setting required. Previous experience maintaining student data (such as child accounting, administrative support in a school setting, etc.) preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
