Description :

• Candidate will administer multiple contractual commitments for commercial aircraft, fabrication of parts, data, and services provided by the company

• Candidate will coordinate and prepare weekly reports to be provided to executive leadership

• Candidate will prepare and/or participate in the preparation of contractual/agreement documents, nondisclosure agreements, proposals (including ground rules and assumptions), terms and conditions risk assessments,

• Candidate will administer Purchase Order (PO) management and invoicing and audit support

• Candidate will be working in a team environment, interacting with multiple disciplines and multiple levels of leadership, providing contractual and strategic guidance, establishing effective long-term customer relationships (internal and external), and meeting commitments to ensure customer satisfaction

  Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and/or 2 years’ related experience

• Experience in the contract life cycle including proposals, negotiations, drafting, administration, and closeout of contracts

• Ability to identify, assess and recommend mitigation for commercial risk inherent in a contract and present to leadership

• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to work with stakeholders across multiple Business Units and geographical regions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively work multiple simultaneous assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Strategic thinker and be able to identify and mitigate potential contract risks when reviewing terms and conditions

• Experience supporting Aerospace contracting and program management is preferred

• Experience with FAR/DFARs is a plus

• The pay rate and bill rate will be based upon experience.
