About the Role

The e-Sales director is responsible for sales planning and implementation of electronic products sold in the Japan market. You will manage direct sales and agent sales managers to achieve annual sales goal and customer development. In terms of sales strategy, it should be planned and executed aligning with product strategy.

Responsibilities

  • 'Creating and executing direct sales and agent sales strategy on both existing and new products.

  • Create and execute strategy on new customer development.

  • Contributing to sales increase by up-selling and cross-selling existing customers.

  • Reviewing reports on sales activities with appropriate frequency, set sales forecast and take suitable action to motivate sales staff.

  • 'Developing relationships with decision-makers and key persons to promote, cross sell and up sell health solution E products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans; whilst managing their own team.

Requirements

  • '-Experience in solutions / consultative sales with a track record.

  • Experience in managing a commercial team

  • Demonstrate fluency in Japanese (N1 level or equivalent) and Business Level English

  • Maintain an exceptional capability in internal stakeholder communication and Client management.
