What will you be doing? 

The marketing manager is directly responsible for the international growth of CrowdLED. You know where we want to go, and you will develop the short- and long-term strategies and plans to get there. You will also organize the upcoming re-branding of CrowdLED. Together with the management team, you decide what image CrowdLED wants to project.

You are also in charge of multiple projects such as, social media and outbound strategies, SEO, SEA, proposition material, trade shows, content management, and website and competitor analysis.

The team you will be leading consists of 5 dedicated marketers, consisting of two online marketers, one SEA specialist, and two marketing interns. You set KPIs for the team, make the results measurable and you know how to stimulate your colleagues to achieve their goals. You coach, guide and motivate the marketing team and know how to increase the mutual cooperation.

Of course, as a marketing manager, you will join us at the many events around the world to manage the marketing team and ensure that enough content is created!
