Spherion Staffing Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Bilingual in TYLER, Texas
Job description
A Customer Service Representative handles a variety of member service calls, resolves account issues, and collects payments/orders. A Customer Service Representative completes and maintains related reports, records, and files.
Responsibilities:
- Understand related regulations, statues, and filing requires as related to financial services
- Utilize Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) on a daily base
- Cross-sells products and services and supports all functions
- Problem solve member situations by carrying out detail and understanding customer needs
- Prepare miscellaneous documents and reports and maintaining related records
- Complete outbound communication such as courtesy calls to members
- Perform efficient, effective and accurate teller functions
Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Call Center experience preferred
- Cash Handling Preferred
**Must be available between 8 AM - 6 PM, Monday - Friday occasional Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
