The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Medical Education Coordinator, USAC, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Serving as a key resource for the Medical Education team assisting with day-to-day coordination of national, regional and local medical education programs, projects and initiatives.
Providing support for Medical Education programs and projects using meaningful measures of success to drive decisions
Understanding and applying the knowledge of business principles including, but not limited to: Finance, HealthCare Compliance and Regulatory to the project plan.
Demonstrating working knowledge of program formats, regulatory guidelines, and proficiency in internal processes, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures


Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Two (2) years' experience in Medical Education, with in-house (non-agency) experience or at least four (4) years in a Medical Communications Agency, servicing pharmaceutical or medical device clients, in a program management capacity


In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Two (2) years of project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail oriented.
Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Medical Device and/or wound care experience
Project management certification
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience with Smartsheets; ability to pick up on new technology quickly
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, effectively prioritize and remain detail oriented.

Travel: May include up to 20% international (USA & Canada)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
