  What’s Required:

• Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association .

• Certification in Occupational Therapy ( Current registration held by the National Board for Certification or eligibility for immediate registration )

• Registered State of Michigan Occupational Therapist
