As a Solar Installer at Envinity, you'll be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution, helping homeowners and businesses transition to solar power. From rooftop installations to ground-mounted arrays, you'll play a crucial role in bringing renewable energy projects to life. Your work will not only reduce carbon emissions but also empower communities to take control of their energy future. 

What You'll Do:

• Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to industry best practices and Envinity's high standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.
• Conduct site assessments and assist with system design as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients throughout the installation process.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in solar installation or a related field preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
