*Certification/ Qualifications:     *

1. Minimum High School Diploma or GED
2. Experience working with young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or significant cognitive impairments.
3. Meets Highly Qualified Paraeducator
4. CPI Certification
5. Ability to drive an MAISD van.
6. Experience with work-based learning.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

*Hours:   *Hours 7:40-3:20

*Terms of Employment:   * Wage and benefits per support staff contract depending upon training and experience.

To assist young adults, within our Seiter transition programs, learn employability skills.

To increase the amount of opportunities within the community for students who attend          Seiter Education Center transition programs.
