Teradyne OEM Business Development Manager APAC in Singapore, Singapore
The role will be responsible for developing OEM strategy and execution across APAC region to grow OEM business aggressively.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement AP OEM Strategy
Including OEM Account Plan for Key OEMs
Aggressively grow OEM business in AP
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new OEM customers
Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitor products to understand their features, limitations, and customer pain points, identifying key advantages of our solutions and develop compelling value propositions
Prospect new OEM Companies regionally including identification, onboarding and ramp-up
Drive regional aligment and collaboration
Support development and adoption of standard solutions for OEM
Create a marketing strategy to reach customer
Coordinate technical reviews and workshops
Act as liaison between OEM customer and other UR teams (R&D, Marketing, etc..)
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5-8 years proven experience in managing OEM accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong knowledge of the OEM market in Asia
Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
Account Management experience
The ability to think strategically, conceptually and to turn strategy into executable milestones in a fast-changing environment
Data driven mindset and clear understanding of the need for Salesforce data quality
Experience with sales of complex technical solutions
Experience from an international cross-functional role (plus to have)
Strong communication skills at all levels in different regions of the world
Experience with navigating in an international matrix organization
To be considered for the job it is vital that to be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel as required
