角色职责:

• Drive and coordinate the development of connectivity infrastructure (include cloud backend, edge & gateway devices, and mobile/web applications), together with internal & external partners, in China, Japan and other APAC countries.

• Partner with Product Managers and Business Owners to understand customer needs, product roadmap and solution requirements, and help to provide technical and security related inputs to facilitate the conception, development, iteration and operation for connectivity solutions.

• Closely work with regional, BU and global project teams, and also the global competence owners (COE, Foundry) help lead all the technical evaluations and preparations needed for the connectivity enabled business initiatives to roll out.

• Collaborate with hands-on development team and design team in support of various projects and applications on AWS, Carrier.io, and other related platform. Monitoring the cloud platform and related applications, review the solutions and operation architecture, and lead the regular review with global COE and Foundry team.

• Delivers solutions to business needs, ensuring technical feasibility, reliability & scalability of new solutions through successful initial deployments, and controlled CI/CD process, make sure the development and delivery process follows Carrier compliance and industrial requirements.

• Be active as a technical consultant to Carrier project teams on solution architecture, security engineering process, APP development and service operations excellence, etc.

• Follow the industrial progresses on connectivity and IoT, e.g. new protocol, new technology and applications, and new regulations, drive the continuous improvement and iteration of Carrier solutions and products.

• Bridge the regional vendors with global COE team, facilitate the discussion and cooperation, coordinate the troubleshooting and service restore, monitoring the security measures & process implementation, lead the incident analysis and remediation.

最低要求:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• 10+ years of experience in connectivity and IoT related industry, preferably with at least 3 year multi-national organization and project experience.

• Solid knowledge and proven project experiences on IoT product development, deployment, and operations.

• Hands-on experiences on cloud architecture and cloud-based solution delivery (e.g. AWS, Ali-Cloud, MS Azure, etc.), and front-end experience is a plus;

• In-depth understanding & experience on IoT related security process implementation, familiar with the cybersecurity related requirements and measures;

• Extensive understanding and experiences on connectivity enable solutions in smart home, property management (B2B and B2C) related applications .

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals.

• Proven track records on leading project delivery and technical problem solving.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.

• Proficient in collaborating in virtual teams and in communicating in spoken and written English is a MUST.
