Job Summary

We are looking for a Order Engineer who will be responsible for order processing in Qingpu Plant for Pressure Management. The role will coordinate with partners, customers and project teams to engage, understand and initiate the projects and to give resolutions for order process management. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

●Process customer’s PO / contract, receive, record and document customer orders and the supporting docs.

●Review customer orders technically:

●Ensure all customer orders are accompanied by required specification/sizing sheets, data sheets and other supporting documents as applicable.

●Verify product services required in the customer order (tests, certificates, COO, VDRL etc.) are available and applicable to the products selected.

●Identify special instructions in the order and/or attachments and ensure they are properly captured and addressed in the customer order.

●Submit engineering requests and/or new part numbers creation when needed.

● Review customer orders from commercial perspective:

●Validates pricing/commission for standard/special constructions/products services per internal guidelines.

●Gatekeeps Terms and Conditions of sales to ensure proper approval are in place as applicable to minimize business risks.

●Conduct transaction review through -checkpoint.

●Conduct ITC screening of each order and coordinate with site compliance leader for approval/report as necessary.

●Raise request for new customer / intercompany vendor set up in System.

●Enter clean orders into SAP system, provide order acknowledgment to PMO / customer in time.

●Handle non-PMO order change requests from customer.

●Provide technical support to order administrator during order execution stage

●Coordinate and liaise with representatives, sales offices, factories and internal functions to resolve problems associated with the orders.

●Embraces new process and automation initiatives implemented in Order Management department.

●Advances outstanding issues to managers when regular follow-up with the concerned parties does not yield results.

● Maintain all transaction records per department record keeping guidelines.

●Other tasks assigned by supervisor and manager.

For This Role, You Will Need:

*Degree in Engineering, above 2 years’ experience in similar or related fields will be an added advantage.

*Meticulous, Persistent and self-starter.

*Self-motivated and target oriented with learning agility

*SAP experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

●Proficient with ERP systems (SAP&Oracle) .

●Presentation skill is preferred.
