San Antonio Behavioral Health Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist in San Antonio, Texas

We are looking for a Marketing/Graphics Design Coordinator to join our Business Development Team. From day one, this individual will contribute to existing marketing programs, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing/Graphics Design Coordinator must be an organized multi-tasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. Ultimately, you will ensure our company’s marketing efforts help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy

  • Design and implement successful marketing campaigns

  • Collaborate with the business development team to produce promotional materials including proposals, special projects, presentations, newsletters, press releases, etc.

  • Create high-quality collateral, ranging from, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, all both digital and print

  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation

  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success

  • Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Graphics Design Coordinator

  • Show portfolio or work samples

  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools

  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software

  • Experience with multi-media platforms

  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Comfortable with a high-energy, fast-moving service-based business

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferable
