Job Title: Analyst - Field Planning

Location: 400 West Avenue, Rochester NY
Reports to: Lead Supervisor - Gas Maintenance & Ops
Salary: The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience, ranging from $69,260-$86,576

JOB SUMMARY:

Scope of Work - Main duties, settings, geography, reporting
relationships, other relationships:

• Participates in the activities associated with gas metering and construction, operation and maintenance of gas distribution and transmission systems.
  
• Assists in the planning and scheduling of metering and construction work, preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections and training activities.
  
• Ensures that the work is completed in accordance with construction standards, following approved policies, procedures, safety rules, budgets and in a manner that promotes customer goodwill.
  
• Administers damage claims and billing, job kitting, work order balancing, material review, compliance with safety rules and regulations, standards of excellence and service guarantees.
  

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of
responsibilities):

1. Assists in the scheduling of work of crews.
2. Resolves customer-related issues.
3. Oversees construction/maintenance office and supports budget management.
4. Supports emergency restoration.
5. Coordinates safety training and inspections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience Required:

• Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of gas work and construction.
• Knowledge of procurement process.

Skills/Abilities:

• Results oriented.
• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• Computer skills.
