We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team at Stonewall Resort to supervise all operations pertaining to the Briar Point Campground and Welcome gate. This is a Regular Full-time position with benefits available. QUALIFICATIONS: 3 seasons of Experience in Retail Operations, Lodging, or Customer Service is required. Prefer experience in similar industries, i.e. Parks and Recreation, Campground. AAS Degree in Business, Management, Finance, or Parks and Recreation is helpful. Desire to further develop knowledge and education base is required. Proven leadership qualities. Must be service oriented. Ability to communicate in written and oral forms. Ability to operate personal computers. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Ability to interact well with others in a professional manner. Ability to learn new equipment and procedures. ENVIRONMENT: Indoor and outdoors setting, sun, heat, cold, snow, and rain possible. Works in a variety of weather conditions. TYPICAL SCHEDULE: Due to the seasonal nature of this job, there are significant variations that occur to this schedule based on staffing levels, business levels, special events, holidays, weather conditions, etc. You will be expected to be flexible relating to these special circumstances. Changes may be with or without notice. Operating hours for the gate are from 7:00am to 10:pm daily. The hours of operations may change based on occupancy forecasts for both the lodge and campground. This understanding will be exercised in our Out of Season months. The expectation of this position is to have flexibility to ensure all hours of operations are met and successful.
