Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our clients accounting team. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions related to real estate transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and possibly payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice Processing: Receive and review invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely processing and payment.

• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, and resolve discrepancies.

• Expense Reporting: Process employee expense reports, reconcile expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Payment Processing: Prepare and process payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer, and reconcile payments with bank statements.

• Month-End Close: Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
