We are partnered with a growing client in Pennsauken seeking a skilled administrative assistant to join the team. Create and edit pricing and proposals
Assist with bids
Work with customers and vendors throughout the order process
Submit, track and manage orders
Coordinate shipments and deposits
Schedule delivery and installations
Purchase orders
Communicate project status, updates, and details with vendors, suppliers, team, and clients
