The Prime Video Europe Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to support below-the-line campaign delivery for our European Sports’ properties. This position will ensure that assets are correctly briefed, versioned, quality controlled and delivered on time and on budget while working with a wide range of regional marketing teams, designers and producers. In addition to marketing and creative industry knowledge, a successful candidate will bring exceptional project management skills and eye for operational excellence. You are a self-starter and excellent verbal and written communicator. You are confident working across all levels, and someone known for making things happen in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• You will manage high volume, high turnaround Sports’ campaigns across Europe, and be responsible for correct asset delivery and campaign execution for below-the-line channels.

• You will lead documenting existing processes, and manage continuous improvement mechanisms within the Sports’ scaled production team, working cross-functionally with other marketing, creative, design, and business teams.

• You will identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to save time and eliminate low-value, manual tasks/pain-points.

• You will help to define overall roadmap for scaled Sports’ production by making suggestions to senior leadership, ensuring day-to-day delivery and proposing alternative approaches to dramatically improve creative output and productivity.

• You may manage any short-term variable headcount (contractor support) to ensure on-time delivery, if needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing a high volume of projects at once, while working with geographically dispersed teams.

• Static and AV Production experience.

• Detailed knowledge of the workflow within a marketing, production company or digital creative department.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in entertainment or adjacent category.

• Additional European languages a plus (French, German, Italian, Swedish or Danish).

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
