JOB SUMMARY

• Executive in charge of reaching the targeted goals as defined in the Sales & Marketing Plan.

• Implement and support company pricing, market strategy, yield, distribution and revenue management best practices.

• Manage hotel revenue generation and maximization through full utilization of company systems, business processes and specifications.

• Responsible for orienting and following up to materialize the budgeted revenues of respective segments through existing clientele and key prospects.

• He/She will also be responsible for soliciting and managing of reservations sales-related and marketing opportunities.

• Manages and provides training and work assignments to Reservations Sales staff.

• Achieves personal and team related revenue goals.

• This position focuses on hotel’s national and international key accounts / key prospects base.
