Learn more about benefits at Meta at this link: https://www.metacareers.com/facebook-life/benefits.Duties:Hold contract drafting, negotiation, strategy, and advisory responsibilities for Meta's (and WhatsApp’s) partnerships, business development, product, and engineering teams. Provide practical and effective strategic business and legal advice to develop a comprehensive, long-term approach for our relationships with key partners. Provide commercial transaction support for other departments as required. Administer and resolve legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships. Prioritize and manage simultaneous legal matters under tight timelines. Manage projects. Perform template and playbook development, review, maintenance, and administration.Requirements:Requires Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Requires 24 months of experience in the job offered or as a practicing attorney. Position requires a license to practice law from any state within the United States. Requires 2 years of experience in:1. Complex technology transactions with technology companies, mobile operators, SMS service providers, or mobile infrastructure providers;2. Negotiating complex technology transactions;3. Drafting contracts, negotiation, and legal review coordination across cross-functional teams; and4. Working independently on multiple projects and making decisions that have legal and business impact.

Minimum Salary: 284,373 Maximum Salary: 307,780 Salary Unit: Yearly
