The incumbent reports to a Sr. R&E Manager and receives direction in the form of general business strategies. This individual is responsible for leading a team of R&E Researchers who conduct product development work supporting the Huggies diaper business. The successful candidate provides team leadership to an R&E product development team within the Baby & Child Care Product Development department of Personal Care R&E. In this role, you will: * This position will lead a diverse team of up to 10 direct reports to develop and commercialize product solutions to deliver unmet customer needs in the key segment areas. * People leadership to include talent development, performance management, compensation planning and organizational effectiveness. * Lead, coach, and mentor team members to execute product development work and improve Huggies diapers business results. * Develop product timelines and learning plans to integrate into project team to understand critical milestones and priorities. * Develop and manage the budget and resource forecast relating to projects. * Drive key business decisions relative to project launches, success criteria, approach, etc. * Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates and others who have need to know. * Break down barriers for the team members to ensure they can deliver their objectives, and when they are unable to break down the barriers, escalate to the Huggies Sr. Manager.
