As a member of the BONNIE Breakthrough Technology Research & Engineering (R&E) team you will work on the front end of innovation to develop new products featuring the BONNIE absorbent core based on technical and consumer research. Your span of scope will include Adult & Feminine Care (primary) and Baby & Child Care (secondary). In this role, you will: * Lead product development efforts for single or multiple projects from up-front exploration, and into commercialization * Lead development and execution of product design strategy to deliver desired Marketing plans and benefits * Lead development of product key milestones, budget, timeline, and resource forecast for assigned projects * Manage development and lead execution of learning plan and study designs in conjunction with Marketing Research and Innovation Testing teams * Ensure development and execution of product specification and quality plans appropriate for phase of project * Facilitate discussions with marketing and the brand design team regarding claims and aesthetics About You You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring.
