Generalidades del puesto

Promover y participar de un feedback continuo a través de reuniones periódicas con las otras áreas a fin de garantizar el cobro y la satisfacción del cliente. Preparación de información para auditorías anuales. Depósito de cheques diferidos en el banco.

En un día normal tendrás que:

• Realizar la facturación de las líneas de negocio de la Compañía.

• Elaboración de notas débito y crédito para mantener actualizadas los estados de cuenta del cliente.

• Control y Conciliación de la facturación vs contratos. Eso implica revisión de que la facturación se genere apenas se cumplen las condiciones definidas contractualmente y constante comunicación con las diferentes áreas de la Compañía para obtener la información requerida.

• Mantener permanentemente el contacto telefónico y personalizado con los clientes, llevando a cabo el desarrollo de las labores de cobranza, garantizando la recuperación de los recursos económicos de la compañía, generados por las ventas de servicios.

• Control, seguimiento y realización de los recibos para el cobro a los clientes. Minimizando las cobranzas no asignadas y envío de reporte de cajas con el detalle de la cobranza para ser aplicado por el Share Service de Cash Application

Lo que necesitas para tener exito:

• Profesional o técnico en Carreras de Contaduria, Ciencias Economicas, Administración o a fin.

• Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en cargos similares o afines a cobranza y facturación. Ideal con experiencia en compañías con un alto tráfico en ambos procesos y/o en el sector de servicios.

• Manejo de Herramientas Office, especialmente en Excel. Se valora manejo de Sistemas ERP (SAP, JDE, otros).

• Conocimientos administrativos contables.

Esta posición será por medio de vinculación temporal, con una duración de 6 meses con una posible extensión de acuerdo a operación.
