-  Provide direct classroom instruction to students for Quarters 1, 2, 3, & 4, provide instruction for summer camp programming, and provide instruction for after school clubs (full time, year round position)

-  Participate as a team member (school staff, parents, students, therapists, etc.) to identify students' strengths and interests, understand their learning differences and social/emotional challenges, and assist in preparing the individualized education plan (IEP) for each student

-  Implement the individualized education plan (IEP) for each student

-  Directly teach up to 4 courses per quarter

-  Measure, record, and report student progress using the Mastery Transcript model

-  Implement consequences and restorative justice strategies per school policy
