Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the TA Projects and Programs Manager is responsible for working with the HR team to formulate, design, plan, implement, and evaluate key Talent Acquisition projects at Versiti to support the execution of the hiring strategy. The Incumbent will also be responsible for administering key HR programs, such as CRM, ATS and candidate assessment tools, requiring cross-functional administration. This role serves as a key project team member to drive their successful execution through research and data collection, preparation of presentation materials, proposals and reports, communication, coaching and consultation with key stakeholders and employees, and following up on planned activities and timelines. The TA Projects and Programs Manager is responsible for developing and implementing TA hiring processes, policies, and systems related to Talent Acquisition, and facilitates processing of Human Resources documents and reports, ensuring corporate and government compliance. Responsibilities Collaborates with HR Operations, Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and other HR teams in developing strategies, solutions, processes, and tools that build organizational focus, create operational efficiency, employee and leader engagement, and drive desired results.
