Job Overview We have a newly created opportunity for a Supervisor FP&A to lead the consolidation of KMT financial plans, business partnership of support functions, analysis and reporting of monthly results, and process improvement initiatives. This role will be based out of our headquarters office in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will have the responsibility for supervising the consolidation of quarterly financial forecasts and annual plan including Bookings, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Capital Expenditures. You will also have the responsibility for supervising the preparation of a global consolidated monthly financial reporting package that provides a consistent, accurate report of operating results, and developing sustainable system-generated reports, dashboards, and KPIs using OneStream/BPC, SQL, Power BI, etc. You will partner closely with our KMT Executive Leadership, Corporate Accounting, KMC Tax, Support Functions, and Audit teams. Key Job Responsibilities Support financial planning cycle by supervising the preparation of templates that will be used to gather relevant data from KMT locations, operations, and cost center managers. Communicate financial planning cycle requirements, assumptions, templates, and due dates to KMT locations, operations, and cost center managers. Provide support, training, etc. to effectively manage change in templates or process. Prepare cost center outlooks and plans on a quarterly and annual basis for KMT administrative cost centers, as assigned. Supervise the consolidation of financial plans on a quarterly and annual basis including Bookings, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Review and challenge financial details for accuracy.
