You will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth of ourPerceptivcondition monitoring/IIoT platform, hardware solutions, and services.You will be responsible for the development and execution of a sales strategy to aggressively increase market participation and share in the machinery condition monitoring and industrial IoT space.You will be responsible for sales strategy development, sales strategy implementation, and sales revenue achievement primarily in North America along with sales responsibilities across other key global markets. Reporting to:Director Reliability Services Job Location: MKE HQ or Remote MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Develop and lead vertical market industry-specific sales strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue goals Develop account penetration and expansion opportunities and action plans on strategic customers that have high value potential for the Perceptiv products Manage Perceptiv sales team and sales funnel effectively to achieve annual sales targets Lead successful customer negotiations in developing commercial agreements that maximize competitive positioning and profitable sales. Leadbusiness reviews with vertical market and regional sales leaders to ensure expectations are being met andtoconfirm needs for the business. Offer sales assistance to PerceptivBusiness Development Managers, regional sellers, and distributors by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues Develop a direct and/or joint strategy with Regional sales leaders and distributors for qualifying and developing pipeline opportunities Create and drive a vision that ensures ongoing sense of focus, direction and urgency throughout the Perceptivsales team. Represents the sales function in all matters relating to strategy, tactics, and regular business updates. Conduct weekly/monthly meetings with PerceptivBusiness Development Managers and regionals sellers and prioritize customer engagements Create and maintain solid professional relationships with key customers and also key individuals within Regal Rexnord. Support and manage business processes for strategic alignment, opportunity reviews, and account reviews Lead talent and capability development and staffing decisions within the sales function. Contributor to overall business strategy along with marketing, engineering, product management and customer service. Keep Perceptiv leadership informed on market trends, voice of customers, and key activities in the marketplace that may impact the business.
