We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join the Nutrien Solutions team. The Vegetation Management Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. What will you do: Oversee the management and development a customer base across Eastern US territories. Manage and lead a team of driven sales representatives - providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and achieve sales objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients. Sell into industrial vegetation markets such as the noxious weed market, roadside, utility right of way, rangeland, and bareground markets. Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management - identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
