Court Coordinator - Felony Courts Hourly Pay Range: \$31.99 - \$38.33 Closing Date: April 23, 2024 Or upon receipt of the first 50 application submissions received Job Summary: Facilitate and coordinate efficient and effective court operations and case processing in the criminal division. Work with Court Administration, Judicial Officers, Clerk of Circuit Court Staff, District Attorney\'s Office, Public Defender\'s Office, Sheriff\'s Department, Municipal Police Departments, Department of Corrections and other system stakeholders to identify and resolve system problems. . Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Per the policy of the Criminal Division, administratively transfer cases from one criminal branch to another, due to calendar congestion. Respond to case processing delays and work with system partners to resolve identified case processing delays. Gather statistics through various CCAP queries and other data sources for the misdemeanor and felony divisions on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
