If you are an expereinced CNC Machine Operator, then welcome! As a CNC Machine Operator at, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will have a careful understanding of CNC machining processes, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to produce precision components according to specifications.

work hours: 2 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading raw materials, selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, and entering program parameters. Operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. Monitor machine operations to ensure components are produced to accurate dimensions and quality standards. Make adjustments to machine settings and tool offsets as needed to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged components. Inspect finished components for defects and ensure they meet quality requirements, making necessary adjustments to machine settings as needed.
