Description

We are in need of a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role focuses on interacting with our customers to provide information in response to inquiries about our products and services, and effectively resolving any complaints. The role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing actions such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

• Reach out to customers to respond to inquiries or notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.

• Redirect unresolved customer grievances to the appropriate departments for further investigation.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

• Use verbal and written communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong interpersonal relationships.

• Work independently and manage time effectively to meet customer service goals.

• Accurately document and record customer/client information using computer applications such as MS Outlook and data entry software.

• Utilize skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Microsoft Outlook, Billing, Merchandising, Claim Administration, Adjustments, Complaints, Interpersonal Skills, Written Communication, and Resolve Customer Complaints to perform tasks effectively.

• Handle customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records to ensure efficient processing and resolution of credit-related inquiries.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in data entry tasks

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to make adjustments in accordance with customer needs

• Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction

• Excellent written communication skills

• Ability to resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently

• Familiarity with various computer programs for day-to-day tasks.
