Job Description

Working within the European Application Solutions Team the candidate will support the following activities:

• Providing high standard of customer service and be a trusted technical advisor to our dealers and sales team

• Understand customer needs, emerging technologies and applicable solutions in our target industry sectors.

• Provide innovative features which give our customers added value and give HYG a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Job Description

• Provide new sales technical support to our Dealers, Major Accounts and Sales teams

• Quote price and lead-time for feasible bespoke customer solutions

• Capacity Calculation – determine required size of truck according to customer requirements.

• Provide technical information requested by customers.

• Application Guidance

• recommend truck options based upon industry / customer requirements.

• Release popular new options in product configurator

• Technical sales support on customer site visits

Skills required:

• University degree in Mechanical or Electric/Electronic Engineering (new graduates welcome).

• Alternatively High School Diploma in technical disciplines (Mechanical or Electric/Electronics) with 2-3 years experience will be considered.

• Fluent in English as working in an international environment and with a foreign senior management.

• Appreciation of business and commercial issues
