Actualmente, estamos seleccionando un/a GESTOR DE CUENTAS A PAGAR (Contrato temporal), para nuestra central en la Calle Golfo de Salónica.

Sería para cubrir una baja por maternidad+formación previa a la baja.

Como GESTOR/A DE CUENTAS A PAGAR, tus funciones serán:

• Dotación de provisiones

• Seguimiento y aprobación de pago de facturas del equipo de AP-Payments

• Resolución de incidencias en el sistema con los consultores.

• Realización de conciliaciones

• Resolución de facturas con error

Para tener éxito en esta posición, deberás reunir los siguientes requisitos:

• Experiencia gestionando equipos

• Conocimientos financieros y contables

• Experiencia manejando Office, principalmente EXCEL

• Atencion al detalle en la revision de grandes volumenes de datos y numeros.

• Buenas habilidades de pensamiento crítico para recopilar todos los datos disponibles

• tomar decisiones

• Fuertes habilitades comunicativas

• Juicio solido e independiente

• English nivel B2, recomendado C1

• Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión, manejando múltiples tareas

• simultáneamente mientras mantiene la precisión y la atención al detalle

• Cumple con deadline

• valorado experiencia previa en Oracle-JDE

• Compromiso y Pasión
