Qualifications

Culinary degree or relevant culinary certification Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume kitchen Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and teamwork skills Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
