POSITION SUMMARY

Position responsible for developing and implementing strategic, targeted organizational effectiveness strategies to support NCR's vision and strategies that drive performance; These strategies will include high-level, complex enterprise-wide projects and initiatives such as: Leadership development strategy design, plans and execution, Establish organization change management strategies and resources to support HR People Partners in achieving functional goals, and Develop OD services and capability to support global talent management and learning strategies

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Strategies also include overseeing employee engagement strategy and initiatives and developing HR People Partner OD tools and capability to support functional performance needs

  • Position required to act as change agent in the organization, sponsoring change initiatives in support of organizational evolution

  • Participate in the development of competency models to be used throughout the organization for selection, assessment, training and development and succession planning

  • Assist, support, and monitor development activities of succession candidates toward goal of developing "ready-now" candidates for all key

  • Positions; Develop high potential and successor candidates to meet future talent requirements

  • Provide organizational design consulting support; Assesses and monitors the effectiveness of all development and training initiatives against predefined metrics

  • Ensures continued organizational effectiveness in talent acquisition through both acquisitions and organic growth

  • Proactively executes the Employee/Labor Relations Strategy

    BASIC REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of related progressive experience with increasing responsibility in Human Resources management

  • Innovative knowledge of the principles, methods and metrics of managing organizational change and organizational development strategies that aligns to key business goals

  • Experience in Employee Relations, including grievance, disciplinary, dismissal etc   

  • Strong ability to lead and apply organizational and change theories

  • Excellent facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills required

  • Strong vendor relationships to develop a network of OD resources and tools

  • Knowledge in continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree preferred

  • PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP preferred
