Part-time Legal Secretary needed in Liberty, MO 24 - 30 hours per week.

What's in it for you?

  • $25+ /hr

  • Flexible hours 24 - 30 hours per week. MUST work 3 - 4 days per week and will always be needed on Fridays. Typical work schedule is 9am - 4pm

What will you be doing?

  • Assisting attorneys and paralegals with daily functions

  • Answering phones

  • Greeting visitors

  • Filing pleadings

  • Assisting with Bookkeeping functions

What do you bring?

  • Positive, can-do attitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Office package

  • Experience with Quickbooks is helpful

  • Previous experience filing pleadings is also helpful

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week and always on Fridays
