• Convey the Wingstop culture to his/her fellow crew members ∙ Demonstrate restaurant leadership experience and has a passion for growing the business

Qualifications for the job:

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Basic computer knowledge such as saving files, sending emails with attachment files∙ Minimum of 2 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory/management experience

• Food Safety Certification a plus

Key Competencies:

• Always represent the brand and department in a professional and polished manner∙ Must have an outgoing and positive attitude when dealing with guests ∙ Must have a proven ability to work well under pressure and at a past pace ∙ Ability to control cash, property, product, and equipment; build sales, increase profitability, control labor and food costs

• Maintain operational standards and requirements in the restaurant
