Sr. Market Analyst, eCommerce

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid at Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Kohler Co is looking for a Senior Market Analyst responsible for supporting the development and execution of merchandising and marketing plans for Kohler’s Ecommerce partners. The role acts as a champion in communicating and executing digital product strategies and executing a premium and differentiated digital experience on our 3rd party partner websites.

  • Elevate KOHLER Brand Digital aisle on 3rd party partner websites.

  • Improve KOHLER Digital Shelf presence.

  • Maximize KOHLER SEO through content and copy improvements.

  • Develop and optimize digital content to showcase KOHLER products.

  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of KOHLER category through development and implementation of short-term and long-term merchandising and marketing strategies.

  • Support KOHLER by ensuring that marketing strategies and plans are executed to drive sales results.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Support creation of digital content for Retail and Wholesale products.

  • Own all aspects of optimization on customer Product Detail Pages.

  • Maximize SEO and relevancy by enhancing content, copy, bullets, titles, etc.

  • Analyze and evaluate performance of product categories on digital shelf, both KOHLER and competitors.

  • Understand digital metrics including traffic, conversion, share, and search and levers that can be pulled to drive and improve.

  • Analyze POS reports to determine success and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with internal cross functional teams to develop strategies to drive growth.

  • Participate in seminars, professional organizations, trade showers, etc. to stay informed on new concepts critical for role.

  • Manage relationship with external partner Brand advocates

Skills/Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Related subject

  • 2-3 years prior experience in sales, marketing, and/or product development (preferably within E-Commerce channel) with a track record of results.

  • Keen analytical mind; strength in planning, details, accuracy, and creative thinking.

  • Substantial skills in written and oral communication across all levels of management.

Travel

  • Travel to trade shows, manufacturing plants, and customer as needed, approximately 20%.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The salary range for this position is $76,050 - $96,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
