**Karl Senner, LLC Regional Sales Manager - Mexico, Central America, and Caribbean We are looking for a maritime sales specialist to join our team who will be passionate about our company and the maritime industry. A successful candidate will be responsible for business development in assigned territory by identifying potential customers, generating leads, developing relationships, and managing opportunities from inception to order highlighting the company's capabilities while driving growth and long-term customer satisfaction with a focus on expanding business in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

What will you do in this role?

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the products and services the Karl Senner, LLC offers to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits, generate offers, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
  • Utilize strong time management skills to foster relationships with existing clientele while developing leads and new clients to increase territory market share through successful sales.
  • Engage leads and existing referral network to create opportunities with potential clients, participate in industry relevant networking events, associations, and trade shows to grow revenue.
  • Exhibit professionalism, tact, and excellent communication skills to highlight the Karl Senner, LLC brand while overcoming challenges with potential customers.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive threats, and market pricing to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain excellent administrative organizational skills as well as client and prospect contact records.
  • Travel frequently across territory to develop and maintain positive relationship with customers and industry players; including overnight travel, occasional nights and weekends
