Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Financial Controlling Teams coordinate, administer, and control financial operations. They review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports, direct all aspects of accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts. They also oversee the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements.

コーポレートファイナンスの組織下でリーガルエンティティの経理業務と統制活動。

・ グルーバルポリシーに基づいた業務活動を監視、指導

・ 内部監査、外部監査と税務調査の対応

・ 決算業務（米国会計基準による月次決算[中国ファインナスサービスセンターと協業])

・ 日本会計基準による年次決算と税務申告）

・ 標準原価設定（部下のマネジメント）

・ 会計処理コンサルティング（部下のマネジメント）

What your background should look like:

【応募資格】

・ 学歴：大学卒以上

・ 語学：日本語 - 母国語レベル（ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なこと）

　　　　　　英語 - 上級レベル（英語面接あり。目安TOEIC800点、または相応の実力）

　　　　　　　　　　　※海外拠点と、日常的にメール・電話による情報交換と会議の機会があります。

・ PCスキル（Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕必須）

【業務経験】

・ 財務/経理担当者として7年以上の実務経験　

・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 （明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性）

・ メンバーのマネジメント経験

・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方

・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢および自己管理能力

・ 経理資格保持者 - 公認会計士（Japan/US)、税理士（試験科目合格含む）、日商簿記1級レベル等

・ 製造業での経理経験者

・ Big 4系会計事務所（Member Firm）での経験（Audit、Tax、FAS、Consulting等でのFinancial Advisory等の経験者）

・ 税務申告経験のある方 - 法人税、法人事業税、償却資産税等

・ SAPファイナンスもしくは他のERPシステム使用経験がある方
