Parsons Corporation PMIS Implementation Project Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Management Information System (PMIS) Implementation Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to ensure our clients realize the value of their investment in PMIS through excellence in implementation .

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead PMIS implementation projects from start to finish, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the PMIS system accordingly.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new PMIS system.

  • Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with the vendor to customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements.

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to mitigate resistance and promote user buy-in.

  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate client and vendor departments and provide timely updates to clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.

  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.

  • Provide ongoing support to users after system launch and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

  • Document project activities, milestones, and lessons learned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Certified in a relevant Project management methodology such as ScrumMaster, CompTIA, SixSigma, BCS, PRINCE2, or similar.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical/business field

  • 10+ years of related work experience and a broad general technical and business background

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • At least five years of experience in software implementation, technical consultancy, or similar.

  • Experience implementing PMWeb, Oracle Unifier, Aconex, Sharepoint or another PMIS is required.

  • Experience in project management or implementation management, requiring 5+ years in the field.

  • At least one year of experience in a supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in technical product and system installation, with the ability to create technical implementation strategies and provide staff-level guidance.

  • Ability in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues.

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
