Position Summary

Position is responsible for planning and leading the job site work effort including; coordination of materials, equipment and crew members.

Position Responsibilities

Plan and lead the job site work effort including; coordination of materials, equipment and crew members.

Functions as a working member of the crew, coordinates and leads the functions of the crew.

Works with crew members to encourage problem solving to create a better work product.

Reports daily production results and participate as a working crew member.

Qualifications

Plan and lead the job site work effort including; coordination of materials, equipment and crew members. Reports daily production results and participate as a working crew member. Skills and knowledge are typically acquired through a High School education or equivalent and at least four (4) years of related work experience. A valid Class A CDL Driver’s License is preferred, Class B license required. Must pass a pre-employment physical. The ability to lift and carry items weighting 25 pounds or more is required. May require basic computer operation skill. Operates a variety of light and heavy construction equipment, i.e. loaders, back holes, graders, dump trucks, asphalt paver, asphalt planer, and roller, etc. Directs supervision of staff.
