About the role

Experienced professional in Data and Analytic Methods who works to achieve day-to-day objectives with major impact on operational results within work area. Leads in the collection of data across processes and products in scientific and mathematical principles. Responsible for identifying problems and analyzing opportunities through the use of statistical techniques. Leads in the preparation of datasets and communicates results to multiple teams within department.

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Power BI dashboards and reports for key supply chain and inventory management metrics, including:

  • Production output and efficiency

  • Material lead times and inventory levels

  • Supplier performance and quality control

  • Demand forecasting and planning

  • Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights

  • Design and implement a data integration strategy to pull data from various factory ERPs into a central data repository (data warehouse or data lake) suitable for Power BI analysis

  • Clean, transform, and integrate data from various sources (ERP, MES, third-party applications, including Clockify timesheets) into a cohesive and reliable data model using APIs

  • Maintain the data integration pipelines and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

  • Implement best practices for data governance and security

  • Support the development of a new PPM tool using your understanding of data visualization and reporting

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and adoption of data-driven decision making

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track team effort and project budgets using data from timesheets

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience developing and implementing Power BI solutions

  • Proven experience working with data in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

  • Experience with data modeling, data cleansing, and data transformation techniques (DAX, M Query)

  • Excellent SQL querying skills

  • Experience with integrating third-party applications to Power BI using APIs

  • Familiarity with Clockify timesheet data structure and integration methods (a plus)

  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques (ETL/ELT)

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue)

  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is preferred

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Understanding of supply chain and inventory management concepts (e.g., MRP, lean manufacturing) a plus
