Google Global Product Lead, Analytics, Products and Tools in Hyderabad, India

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in Consulting, Program Management, or Product Management roles.

  • 5 years of experience in the software development life-cycle and with stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's or MBA in product management or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience partnering with Product Management and Software Development teams.

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.

  • A passion for improving the customer experience.

gTech’s Analytics, Products and Tools team (gAPT) leverages user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are intuitive/automated and require no support at all. gAPT works with Product Management, Engineering, and gTech’s Services teams to simplify Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for Google sellers and gTech users.

As a Global Product Lead, you will partner with gTech Ads Support Services, Product Management (PM), and Engineering to define and deliver the next generation of support experiences. You will be part of a fast-pace team that works cross-functionally to build, launch, and land new ML/AI infrastructure and improve generative AI model performance across support platforms.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand key customer and business support needs and translate them into requirements.

  • Set the idea and strategy for the platform/tool, identify strategic solutions, and influence the technical roadmap.

  • Manage the delivery, performance, and user satisfaction of infrastructure tool components and features.

  • Communicate prioritized requirements to the Product Management team and influence roadmap to address them.
