Our culinary division at IFF Hilversum is currently on the hunt for the right individual to join our amazing team of Assistant Flavorists!

Role description

Daily you will provide support to the culinary team by compounding tailor-made formulations under the instruction of our dedicated Flavorist team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Weighing and compounding liquid and powder flavor formulations

• Accurately and systematically recording data for completed formulations.

• Managing inventory stock

• Perform basic analyses using calibration equipment.

• Contribute to the team office and lab management by completing designated tasks.

• Organizing and participating in team tastings and evaluations

• Always working with Health and Safety in mind

• Collaborate with supporting departments as required.

Job Requirements

• Vocational college (MBO) and Bachelor (HBO) level of education and thinking.

• You have a great passion for flavors and taste

• You are a true team player with a strong independent work ethic.

• Pro activity comes naturally to you.

• High precision and organization are crucial for success in this role.

• Experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.
