Job Description Summary
The Clinical Insights Lead - CT - ANZ provides excellence and leadership to the team, with a focus to support customer and commercial teams needs. Provides support, develops and collaborates with KOLs, site visits and optimization of the clinical protocols and workflow to meet regional voice of our customers. The role also supports advanced customer training for the modality products and GE internal teams focusing on clinical proof statements and value generation.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales Support, Demonstration and Installation
Supports high level product demonstrations, sites visit and follow up, as required
Manages and provides clinical support for large deal & tender responses
Communicates effectively with members of sales / marketing / service and leadership team
Marketing and KOL Development
Understands customer needs linked to product value proposition, to differentiated GE
Develops, engages, and maintain customer relationships and KOL's for the region
Engages KOL sites, stimulating evaluation of new techniques/publications of results
Executes the strategy with Key Opinion Leaders in product relevant care areas
Maintain and optimise operation of Show Sites. Train clinical staff, optimized protocols, & build clinical case library
Maintains professional relations with key customers, academia, government & administrative bodies
Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders
Assist in the creation of and support the execution of the marketing plan for products
Customer Satisfaction
Provides clinical, technical, and professional guidance, as necessary, to maximise the customer experience
Mentor clinical field team, providing clinical/professional guidance to improve the customer experience
Works with Sales and Product leaders to align applications activities with sales/business objectives
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction
Share product enhancement ideas with the local channels to inform the make centre via CSO process
Where required, raise CSO from the field with urgency, provide feedback to AM/PSS/Apps/SVC teams
Customer, Market and Product Expertise
Continuously develop deep clinical/technical knowledge including awareness of current/future trends
Stay connected to understand customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
Reference person to the Zone account teams regarding clinical differentiation of the modality products
Continuously positions the clinical value of the product within the relevant GEHC care areas/disease areas
Ensure and validate up to date knowledge of product positioning & differentiation messages within Product Sales teams
Training and Education
Continuously develop deep clinical/technical knowledge including awareness of current/future trends
Stay connected to understand customers changing clinical and/or operational issues and challenges
Reference person to the Zone account teams regarding clinical differentiation of the modality products
Continuously positions the clinical value of the product within the relevant GEHC care areas/disease areas
Ensure and validate up to date knowledge of product positioning & differentiation messages within Product Sales teams
Team Coaching
Take a lead with product training for new starters.
Responsible to regularly have “infield coaching” sessions with modality team members.
Create regular opportunities to involve the team to share best practices on opportunity management.
Role-model for the team for utilizing GEHC resources and networks to create and manage opportunities.
Coach and assist the AM/PSS teams with product differentiation through various stages of the sales process\
Lead the CT Applications Team roster and provide continuous improvement framework for delivery best in class customer service.
Qualification Requirements
Degree in Medical Radiation (Diagnostic Radiographer) with minimum 10 years experience in CT.
Pervious experience in leading teams
Highly qualified in clinical application and advancement if CT, preferrable GE CT user.
Excellent inter personal skills and working as a part of a dynamic team environment either as a team leader or individual contributor
Knowledge of regional market place and dynamics
Fluent in English
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
Ability to document, plan and execute
Experience with GE CT
