JOB REQUIREMENTS: The City of Fond du Lac is accepting applications for a Geographic Information System (GIS) Intern. This position will assist with the development and maintenance of our enterprise GIS. Candidates should have the skills to perform the following tasks: GIS data conversion and creation; QA/QC; map creation; web-based map development; programming and scripting; and field data collection using tablet devices and GPS receivers. Candidates should be familiar with working with enterprise geodatabases, interpreting plan drawings, and creating topologically consistent data for municipal infrastructure.
